Staking rewards

10% of staking rewards (10,000,000 / 10m tokens) will go to phase 1 (the first 30 days).

The remaining 5% of tokens will be used for a longer and drawn-out phase 2 rewards period; the details of this will be finalized around the conclusion of staking rewards phase 1 as per community feedback.
